We had the pleasure of attending the grand opening recently. I have seen many apartment properties over the years and The Steward made a lasting positive impression. You can see where the design elements, efficiencies, and thoughtful layouts make this a place where anyone would be proud to call it home. Additionally, it was great to learn about the sustainability of a Path to Net Zero building and how this building pushed the bar forward in livability and being eco-friendly. Two thumbs way up on this one!

Beautiful, state-of-the-art building in Tigard. Really high quality apartments with nice layouts and natural light. Solar panels on the roof to offset electrical costs, EV chargers in the garage for residents to use, and a really nice common area on the roof to enjoy!

I'm really impressed with the design and thought that went into The Steward. The EV parking for residents is a huge plus, as are the floor to ceiling windows. The units get great natural light and feel spacious and open. Beautifully done!

Yesterday I had the pleasure of touring this immaculate energy efficient building. Light & bright details throughout each apartment coupled with ample parking (plenty of EV charging stations) and sleek finishing touches make this an appealing place to call home. So glad we have sustainable housing options available like this in Tigard!

Congratulations to The Steward for receiving C of O at the end of October! Thank you Brenner Daniels and Josh Daniels for showing us around the first certified Path to Net Zero property in Tigard. Thank you also for your commitment and investment in creating a clean environment that is fully electric with no carbon footprint. As a PHEV owner who charges her vehicle at home with a Chargepoint level 2 charger, I appreciate there is one charger for every three residences with the infrastructure to add more stations.

I got to see this building through an event organized through my school and the minds behind this project. And something I appreciated was the buildings thoughtful design, integrating abundant natural lighting with an architectural layout that gives you a feeling of spaciousness and comfort.
